Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan apartment to hit the market this week is a $29.75 million cooperative at 625 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side, according to Streeteasy.com. The 7,500-square-foot six-bedroom, six-bathroom home comprises the entire fourth floor of the building and has a paneled billiards and entertainment room, five working fireplaces and 65 feet of frontage along Park Avenue. Robert Schulman of Warburg Realty has the listing.

The second-priciest home to hit the market is a $26 million 6,000-square-foot co-op at 101 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The property is listed by the Corcoran Group’s Hilary Landis.

A $23.5 million co-op duplex penthouse with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms at 23 East 74th Street on the Upper East Side is the third most expensive home to hit the market this week. Brown Harris Stevens’ Anne Suillivan Young, Jarrod Randolph and Amanda Young list the property.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a $55,000 co-op at 157 West 123rd Street in Central Harlem. Sheilisa McNeal of Custom Brokers NYC has the 800-square-foot listing.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 352 West 48th Street is the second-cheapest home to come online this week. The $155,000 unit is listed by John O’Kelly of C Townley Real Estate.

The third-cheapest home to hit the market is a 500-square-foot co-op at 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Carl Ekroth lists the unit for $179,000. TRD
