CresaPartners joins forces with Savills to expand global services

Boston-headquartered tenant representation firm CresaPartners, the largest firm of its kind in North America, is teaming up with global real estate service provider Savills in a strategic alliance to allow the companies “the ability to provide service to international clients in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific,” it announced in a statement yesterday.

CresaPartners, which formed in 1993 when smaller regional tenant rep firms emalgamated, has 55 offices in North America and over 750 employees. Savill has over 200 offices in 40 countries.

Jeremy Helsby, CEO of Saville, said in a statement, that international occupier clients are increasingly wishing to diversify and expand their operations as global markets pick up.

Marcus Rayner, managing principal of CresaPartners’ New York office, said he’s particularly enthusiastic about expanding the company’s services in Asia.

“We’ve always operated internationally, but the ability to provide such a comprehensive service platform in Asia is particularly exciting.” TRD
