Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condominium unit at 25 Columbus Circle in Lincoln Square that’s listed for $18.95 million with Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers of Sotheby’s International Realty. The 2,317-square-foot unit has undergone a $6 million renovation over three years, according to the listing.

The second most expensive listing is a five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse at 170 East End Avenue.
The Yorkville unit, listed with the Corcoran Group’s Andrea Wohl Lucas, has 4,902 square feet and is asking $15.75 million.

The third priciest listing is a recently renovated Upper East Side townhouse at 161 East 80th Street, listed by Michael Pellegrino of Sotheby’s. The five-floor residence has 6,500 square feet and landscaped outdoor space. It has a price tag of $14.85 million.

The least expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 36 Convent Avenue in West Harlem, listed with James Elliott at Weichert Mazzeo for $71,500.

The second cheapest listing is a two-bedroom, Central Harlem co-op unit at 5 East 131st Street. The apartment is being marketed by Cedric Leake of Halstead Property for $139,000.

The third least expensive listing is a 350-square-foot co-op apartment at 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George that’s listed with Carl Ekroth of Prudential Douglas Elliman for $145,000. — Katherine Clarke
