Dolly Lenz at Prudential Douglas Elliman and Kathy Sloane of Brown Harris Stevens have the week’s most expensive listing to hit the Manhattan market, according to Streeteasy.com. Located inside the Sherry Netherland at 781 Fifth Avenue, the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom, full-floor co-op home has an asking price of $95 million. Five of the home’s rooms, as well as its west-facing terrace, offer Central Park views. The apartment totals 7,000 square feet, and there is an additional 2,000 square feet of terraces. As previously reported before the spread officially hit the market, the home is owned by Gilbert Haroche, the founder of Liberty Travel.

Located across town — and listed for nearly $66 million less — the next priciest listing this week is a penthouse combination unit at the Park Laurel, situated at 15 West 63rd Street. Sabrina Saltiel at Elliman has the listing for an asking price of $29.25 million. The 6,490-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The home measures 9,760 square feet and includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The townhouse features an elevator, a terrace with a hot tub and grill, a garden and a gym.
