Deutsche Bank CEO Anshu Jain has nabbed a One Beacon Court pied-a-terre for $7.2 million, according to the New York Observer. Jain, whose primary residence is in London, became  co-CEO of Deutsche Bank (along with Jürgen Fitschen) in May and has played a major roll in building up the bank’s profitable investment banking arm.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 151 East 58th Street is the same building where Mayor Bloomberg keeps an office. Located on the 33rd floor, the apartment features views of both the Hudson River  and the East River, and finishes handpicked by designer Jacques Grange, according to the listing, held by Corcoran broker Barbara Russo.
