A co-op unit at the Hampshire House, located at 150 Central Park South, has traded hands for $8 million, marking Trump International Realty’s first sale in a non-Trump building since the brokerage launched in October, a spokesperson confirmed.

Though Trump Organization previously had an affiliated brokerage, the developer opened Trump International to make deals at buildings outside of its portfolio. The Hampshire House listing was one of the firm’s first exclusives.

Grace Lappin, an associate broker at Trump International, had the listing. Streeteasy.com shows that the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,962-square-foot home hit the market in late September for $8.5 million. The sale closed on Dec. 27.

Advertising guru Peter Georgescu and his wife, Barbara, are listed as the purchasers. Georgescu is the former CEO and chairman emeritus of advertising agency Young & Rubicam, as well as the author of “The Constant Choice,” a memoir set to be released tomorrow that recounts the Romanian-born executive’s path in business. A call to Georgescu’s office seeking comment was not immediately returned.

Robert and Maureen Feduniak are listed as the sellers.

According to the listing, the home has a private terrace and a wine room in the eat-in kitchen.

Lappin did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
