A 49-unit East Williamsburg rental project traded for $19.4 million on the last day of 2012. According to Brownstoner, the Karl Fischer-designed building, known as 80 Meserole, but located at 76 Meserole Street, has already started renting. The rental project kicked off in 2006, but construction was stalled by the financial crisis for years.

The building is offering prices and units ranging from $2,378 for a 690-square-foot one-bedroom to $4,540 for a 1,595-square-foot five-bedroom, according to Brownstoner and Streeteasy. The building’s website claims that it offers one, two and three bedrooms.

The pet-friendly apartment building is also touting amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor terrace, washers and dryers, storage and bike lockers. [Brownstoner] —Christopher Cameron
