Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Lisa Lippman and Scott Moore of Brown Harris Stevens have this week’s priciest listing, according to Located at Extell Development’s 535 West End Avenue, at West 86th Street, this 6,637-square-foot condominium unit has a $19.5 million asking price. The full-floor home has six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and comes renovated. Amenities include rosewood and mahogany-inlaid wood flooring, city and river views from the living room and walk-in closets in the master suite.

The next priciest listing is located across Central Park at 800 Park Avenue between East 74th and East 75th streets on the Upper East Side. This co-op, also a full-floor residence, has an asking price of $14.9 million. Dina Scheinman of Halstead Property has the listing for the four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which the listing says comes completely renovated. Amenities include heated floors in the bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and 110 feet of frontage along Park Avenue.

Head down to Chelsea for the next priciest listing this week, which has a $14.5 million asking price. Douglas Elliman’s Toni Haber and Steven Kramer have the listing for this condo, located at 201 West 17th Street near Seventh Avenue. The listing says this is a potential penthouse combination, which would create a triplex home with over 5,929 square feet of interior space. There would also be six to eight bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and three wood-burning fireplaces.

The week’s cheapest Manhattan listing to hit the market is located at 579 West 215th Street near Seaman Avenue in Inwood. John Suarez at A.N. Shell Realty has the listing for the co-op unit, which comes with a $195,000 ask. The home measures 550 square feet and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The listing says the home comes gut renovated with hardwood flooring, black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Janet Resino at Ready Group has the next cheapest listing this week, which has a $245,000 asking price. Located at 98 Avenue C at East 7th Street in the East Village, the co-op home has one bedroom and one bathroom. Both the kitchen and bathroom are windowed, according to the listing.

Head uptown to 235 West 102nd Street, near Broadway on the Upper West Side, for the next cheapest listing. Eva Graczyk and Theresa Oleske of Margaret Bassett Real Estate have the listing for the co-op studio, which has a $279,000 asking price. —Zachary Kussin
