A penthouse at Tribeca’s American Thread Building with a 28-foot rotunda is on the market for $10.5 million, Curbed reported.

Located at 260 West Broadway, penthouse 11A is listed with Douglas Elliman’s Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis. It has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, and the master suite features two private dressing rooms and a wood-burning fireplace, according to the listing on StreetEasy. But its most striking feature is the rotunda, which has 25-foot ceilings and a stained glass skylight.
