Deborah Rieders, a senior vice president at the Corcoran Group who was named the firm’s top Brooklyn broker of 2012, sold her Boerum Hill townhouse for its $3.2 million asking price, according to public records filed on Friday.

Rieders listed the 3,300-square-foot home in late February and was reportedly handling the listing along with colleague Sarah Shuken. However, more recently Shuken was sharing the listing with Corcoran’s Yael Epstein, StreetEasy shows.

Both Shuken and Epstein declined to comment on the deal. Rieders did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. The reason for the apparent broker change was not immediately clear.

The renovated home, located at 118 Wyckoff Street, stands 20 feet wide, and comes with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Features include a backyard, four gas fireplaces and custom molding in the front parlor.

Rieders purchased the home for $999,000 in 2005, according to records.

This 2013 sale entered contract on March 20 and transferred on April 29, according to the deed.

Joshua Rubinson and Melissa Metzger are listed as the purchasers but could not immediately be identified or reached.

Boreum Hill townhouses are bringing in big prices due to a tight neighborhood market, with some listed over $4 million, as previously reported.
