A new condominium conversion is coming to the Upper West Side. Dubbed the Mirabeau, the property at 165 West 91st Street is slated for occupancy this fall, according to BuzzBuzzHome.

The building — formerly a rental — sold for nearly $70 million last spring, as The Real Deal reported. The building was designed by Kinlin Rutherfurd Architects, but the name of the developer was not available.

The 16-story building has 96 units, which span one- to five-bedroom homes. Examples of available apartments include a 749-square-foot one-bedroom with an $815,000 ask and a 2,196-square-foot four-bedroom for almost $4 million.

The Corcoran Group is handling the marketing.

Units come equipped with oak basket-weave flooring, central air conditioning, laundry machines and new windows. [BuzzBuzzHome] —Zachary Kussin
