Actress Chloe Sevigny has sold her East Village digs to startup entrepreneur couple Halle Tecco and Jeffrey Hammerbacher for $1.8 million, the New York Post reported. The home entered contract back in late March, as previously reported.

Tecco and Hammerbacher wed last year. The former founded Rock Health, a fund source for digital health startups. The latter, who attended Harvard with Facebook whiz-kid Mark Zuckerberg, founded Cloudera, an open-source software company.

The 1,250-square-foot co-op has one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. It’s located at 119 East 10th Street and was previously featured in “House & Garden.” Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace and a garden space.

Sevigny once said that she liked the low ceilings inside the home, as it made the unit feel “womb-like,” the Post said.
