The three remaining unlisted condominiums at the Elad Group’s Franklin Place in Tribeca hit the market today, a spokesperson told The Real Deal exclusively.

Of the 53 units at the 20-story tower, 44 units have been sold since sales launched in late May.

The units are being listed “ahead of schedule due to unexpectedly strong sales,” the spokesperson said. All are four-bedroom units; one is a 3,241-square-foot penthouse duplex asking $8.5 million. The others are 2,627 square feet and 2,557 square feet, asking $6 million and $5.75 million respectively, the release said.
