Rosie O’Donnell lists Platinum penthouse for $2.3M

Rosie O’Donnell put her two-bedroom penthouse condominium at the Platinum on the market for $2.25 million, Curbed reported.

The comedian bought the unit at the 43-story tower at 247 West 46th Street, near Eighth Avenue, for $2 million in 2008. Her primary residence is in Nyack, N.Y. In 2011, she sold a riverfront Victorian mansion there once owned by actress Helen Hayes, as previously reported.

She has been selling off properties recently: a Miami estate that closed in June, and a four-bedroom duplex condo at Rudin Management’s One Thirty West 12 in Greenwich Village with a private terrace that is on the market for $11 million, the website said.
