Corigin to convert UES CUNY building to 39 apartments

A new residential project is coming to the former City University of New York building at 535 East 80th Street.

The proposed new building, to be developed by Corigin Real Estate Group, will stretch 17 stories tall and house 39 units, according to a plan exam cited by BuzzBuzzHome. Montroy Andersen DeMarco has been tapped for the 142,220-square-foot project.
