Actress Jessica Alba is eyeing a $50 million penthouse at Trump Soho listed by superbroker Dolly Lenz. Alba and her husband, producer Cash Warren, were spotted entering the hotel on Spring Street to check out the 10,000-square-foot duplex.

The raw space can be completely customized to fit the buyers’ needs, the New York Post reported.

Alba was impressed by what she saw, and is going to pay another visit to the penthouse, sources told the New York Post. Lenz and her colleague Brett Forman – who are jointly listing the space – declined to comment to the newspaper.

In July, Lenz formed a company with six former Elliman colleagues, including Forman and her husband Aaron Lenz, as The Real Deal reported. In August, Lenz snagged $135.5 million worth of listings in a single day, as TRD reported. [NYP]  – Hiten Samtani
