Ryan Serhant stalked by real estate superfans

Real estate fame isn’t for the faint of heart. “Million Dollar Listing New York” star and Nest Seekers International broker Ryan Serhant has had to call the police on at least three stalkers. In one recent incident, a female fan blocked Serhant’s way as was he leaving his Tribeca office.

Serhant has had trouble with this particular 23-year-old Brooklyn woman in the past. In June, the woman cornered the superbroker again near his office, threw her arms around him and screamed, “I love you, I want to marry you!” a police source told the New York Post.

But Serhant also has male stalkers, according to another source that is close to Serhant. These stalkers apparently come out of nowhere, harassing him at all hours. Despite the unrequited affection, Serhant has thus far remained magnanimous and not pressed charges. He’s “a big boy,” the Post’s source said. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
