UPDATED, Sept. 30, 5:58 p.m.: A duplex at the uber-luxe co-op at 740 Park Avenue owned by investment banker and financier Peter Huang has hit the market for $29.5 million.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom unit on the fourth and fifth floors features matching upholstery on its walls and sofas. It also has a curved staircase, wood-burning fireplace and three staff rooms.

It was last on the market in 2008, when the asking price was $29.5 million. Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing.

Over the summer, 740 Park made headlines for a spate of burglaries that resulted in the loss of $250,000 in jewelry, as previously reported. [Curbed]Mark Maurer

It’s Peter Huang’s apartment. The curbed item has been updated to that effect.

Wouldn’t make sense that it’s Koch’s — he paid wayyyyyy $$$ to completely gut-renovate when he moved over from 1040 Fifth.
