Model Elena Kurnosova and her fiancé Joseph Foley are suing TSA Realty, the management company of their Greenwich Village home for half a million dollars, after suffering two break-ins since they moved in earlier this year.

The duo complained about the Thompson Street building’s lackluster security before moving in, according to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, but the building allegedly took no action. The couple claims they suffered “significant [financial] losses” due to the break-ins and are racked with anxiety.

Kurnosova and Foley are seeking $500,000 in damages and $10,000 in legal fees, the New York Daily News reported.

Lana Coren, a spokesperson for TSA, told the News she couldn’t comment because she had not yet heard about the suit. [NYDN]Julie Strickland
