Another apartment at 515 Park Avenue has come online — this one asking $29.5 million. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium last sold for $12.4 million in 2000, according to StreetEasy.

The seller has enlisted a duo of super brokers — Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty and John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens — to handle the listing.

The unit takes up the 30th and 31st floors and includes a media room, library and staff bathroom, Curbed reported.

Other famous residents at the 43-story, white-glove building at the corner of East 60th Street include recording executive L.A. Reid, Christie’s auction house owner François Pinault and alleged Israeli spy and former IDF arms dealer Ari-Ben Menashe.

Reid listed his six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath spread for $19 million in June. Menashe, who listed his unit for $9.6 million last year, has since relisted it for $9 million. [Curbed]Melvin Backman
