A waterfront mansion is asking $3.9 million, but there is one catch: it’s on Staten Island.

Built in 2006 and owned by an Ottavio Savo, according to city records, the four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home also has radiant heat and a three-car garage, according to StreetEasy.
