5 cheapest Manhattan sales of the week
An 800-square-foot Hamilton Heights co-op was the Manhattan residential market’s cheapest single-family sale of the week. The home is located at 464 West 152 Street and sold at its asking price of $232,000. Listed with Douglas Elliman’s Malik Mitchell, the apartment has two bedrooms, a formal dining room and a washer-dryer.
The second least expensive sale to hit city records this week was also in Hamilton Heights, located at 302 Convent Avenue, which sold for $275,000. The apartment is one of 42 in the six-story building, which was built in 1915.
The third cheapest sale was an Upper East Side co-op in Yorkville listed with Elliman’s Alyx Kilian. The 580-square-foot home at 209 East 88th Street has one bedroom and one bathroom and sports hardwood oak floors and glass-paneled French doors in the living room. It sold at its asking price of $375,000.

Next on the list was a condominium at 603 West 148th Street that sold for $385,000.
And rounding out the cheapest five was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op pad at 245 East 25th Street in Kips Bay that sold for $490,000. It was listed with the Corcoran Group’s John Gasdaska and Jonathan Conlon for $499,000. The apartment has a dining foyer and parquet flooring, and boasts views of the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building. — Hiten Samtani
