WEEKENDEDITION In March, a full-floor apartment at the Rosario Candela-designed 778 Park Avenue hit the market for the first time in nearly 70 years, asking $22.5 million. Now the estate of the late philanthropist Celeste Bartos has sold the apartment for just $18 million.

The buyers of the 10-room apartment are Joseph and Hilary Feshbach. Joseph was the first vice president of Prudential Bache Securities — now Wachovia — and Hilary worked as vice president of advertising at the Roseland Ballroom, according to the New York Observer.
