Chetrit’s 738 Broadway condo conversion hits the market

The Chetrit Group has put the first four of eight condominium units at Noho loft conversion 738 Broadway on the market.

Two two-bedroom lofts, each 2,396 square feet, are asking $6 million. One three-bedroom penthouse is listed for $7.2 million, while another two-bedroom penthouse with a rooftop terrace wants $7.5 million, according to Curbed.

Karl Fischer served as the architect of record; Andres Escobar handled interior design. Charlie Attias and Dan Benichou of the Corcoran Group are marketing the units.

Chetrit bought the five-story property, formerly known as the Broadway McKenna building, in 2005 for $8.2 million. [Curbed]Mark Maurer

I wonder how much money the Chetrit Group spent on the conversion of this loft into condo units.
