Real Capital Analytics signs for last space at 110 Fifth Avenue

An 11-story Beaux-Arts office tower owned by Rabina Properties and Samson Management has reached full occupancy after commercial real estate research firm Real Capital Analytics recently grabbed more than 16,000 square feet on the seventh floor.

The 176,000-square-foot property at 110 Fifth Avenue, between 16th and 17th street, also houses Town Residential, H&M and health care company Wellcare. Asking rent at the building is roughly $65 per square foot, according to the Wall Street Journal.
