The Mavrix Group is looking to scale up its plans for a 51-story condominium project at 92 Fulton Street. The developers were planning to erect a 96-unit, 114,000-square-foot building at the site, located between Gold and William streets near the South Street Seaport, but are now considering adding additional parcels to the development site.

Mavrix is looking at a total of seven parcels of land, Erin Wicomb, co-founder of the development firm, told the New York Post. Wicomb hopes the condos will command $2,000 per square foot when the  project — designed by architecture firm ODA — is completed in 2016.
