Affiliate of developer Ashkenazy Acquisition has picked up the Tribeca home of City Hall Wines & Spirits for $6.1 million, prompting speculation that the site will be redeveloped.

The plot, at 108 Chambers Street, also includes the Imperial Coffee House. It features up to 14,000 square feet of buildable space in addition to the 2,000 square feet of existing retail space. City Hall Wines & Spirits plans to relocate to the nearby 158 Church Street.
