Winick Realty to market Upper East Side corner flagship

Winick Realty Group is marketing a corner retail flagship property that boasts the largest floor plate currently available on Third Avenue, according to a release from the firm.

The 7,689-square-foot retail space at 1282 Third Avenue and East 74th Street also includes 1,000 square feet in the basement of the mixed-use building. Topped by 120 apartments, the property is near to retailer Scoop at 1275 Third Avenue, stationary purveyor Papyrus at 1270 Third Avenue, luxury lingerie designer Journelle at 1266 Third Avenue and French bakery Maison Kayser at 1294 Third Avenue.
