Startup “accelerator” Techstars has inked a lease for the entire 24th floor of the Lightstone Group’s 1407 Broadway.

Techstars will take 13,719 square feet in the 1.1 million-square-foot building, which is currently undergoing renovations geared toward tech and media tenants, according to a release from the Lightstone Group. The company is relocating from smaller offices, the release said.

“The current renovations, the new creative vibe, the unparalleled central location, as well as the light and views from the tower floors made 1407 a perfect home for Techstars,” CBRE’s Peter Turchin, who represented the landlord along with Gregg Rothkin, Amanda Bookman, Ben Fastenberg, Ross Zimbalist and Lee Cross, said in a press release. Zimbalist also represented Techstars in the deal.
