Halcyon unveils duplex penthouse

3,563-square-foot pad boasts wood-burning fireplace and wet bar

HFZ Capital Group and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group have unveiled Halcyon’s first penthouse unit as more than 50 percent of the development’s units are in contract.

The four-bedroom duplex penthouse at 305 East 51st Street spans 3,563 square feet and an additional 1,365 square feet of outdoor space, spread among three private terrraces. Priced at $11.75 million, the unit is designed by S.Russell Groves and features a wood-burning fireplace, wet bar and marble hearth, according to a release from Corcoran Sunshine.

Halcyon will feature a total of 123 one- to four-bedroom luxury units upon completion, and more than 10,000 square feet of amenities on the building’s 21st and 22nd floors. Among the building features are a 52-foot indoor swimming pool, health and fitness center, cedar-lined sauna, an Aqua Spa inspired by a Turkish hammam and a spa treatment room. — Julie Strickland
