One-, two- and three-bedroom rental apartments are now up for grabs at the Breakers in Sheepshead Bay.

The 49 apartments in the gated, 64,561-square-foot Art Deco-style complex at 3112-3144 Emmons Avenue are being marketed by Aptsandlofts.com, according to Brownstoner.

One-bedroom apartments start at $1,608 per month, two-bedrooms per $2,567 a month and three-bedrooms at $3,117 per month. Unit amenities include Jacuzzi bathtubs, washer-dryer sets and a few also boast balconies or private roof decks. Residents have access to an outdoor pool, gym, 43 underground parking spaces, bike storage and a private fishing pier as well.

Madison Realty Capital sold the apartment complex and adjacent parking lot to an undisclosed buyer for $24.5 million in January, as The Real Deal reported at the time. Madison took control of the waterfront condominium project from the previous lender in 2012, after Pinson defaulted on a $23.5 million note on the property from TD Bank. The sale of the condos was completed by Pinson, who filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, according to officials at Madison Realty Capital, which was a secured creditor in the bankruptcy proceedings.
