Toll Brothers reveals Pierhouse renderings

Features to include high ceilings, reclaimed wood floors

Toll Brothers City Living has unveiled the future interiors of the Pierhouse condominiums at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The units, priced from $1.05 million for a 999-square-foot one-bedroom to $3.35 million for a three-bedroom, have floors made of 600-year-old reclaimed pine from local warehouses and 18-foot ceilings in the living rooms, Curbed reported.

The first dozen units put on the market already sold, of 108 units in total for the $280 million development, raking in $44 million, as previously reported.

Residents of the building will have access to a gym, spa, rooftop pool, mediation studio, pet wash and a children’s playroom, according to previous reports. [Curbed]Angela Hunt
