Sumner Redstone buys Pierre co-op for $10M

Well-known model and actress from the 1960s is seller of apartment

A company owned by billionaire media mogul Sumner Redstone and his daughter Shari bought a four-bedroom co-op at the Pierre Hotel for $10 million.

Former Israeli model Gila Rosenhaus née Golan was the seller of the 25th-floor pad at 795 Fifth Avenue. The unit has 10-foot-high ceilings and a fireplace. Broker Anne Easton of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

Redstone’s company is National Amusements Inc., a business that operates movies screens across the world.

Elsewhere in the building, a duplex apartment believed to belong to HRH Princess Firyal of Jordan hit the market for $70 million in January, as previously reported. [NYO]Mark Maurer
