German fashion brand Hugo Boss is in talks over a deal with the Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey for 100,000 square feet of office space at One World Trade Center.

Claus-Dietrich Lahrs, CEO of Hugo Boss, is considering moving the headquarters from the Starrett-Leigh Building in Chelsea to the World Trade Center site.

Hugo Boss recently took a shop in the Oculus, the World Trade Center retail complex, along with Apple, Michael Kors, John Varvatos, J. Lindberg, Cole Haan and Canali, as The Real Deal reported.

Tech firm Percolate is also negotiating for office space at 1 WTC – about 50,000 square feet, the New York Post reported. The firm, based at 107 Grand Street, has been looking to expand its operations. [NYP]Mark Maurer
