Garden City, N.Y.-based independent retail brokerage Sabre Real Estate Group opened its first Brooklyn office, in Park Slope, late last month.

The office is located at 256b Flatbush Avenue, near St. Marks Avenue. The brokerage has a staff of 30 brokers and focuses on deals in the city, New Jersey and on Long Island. Six brokers will work at this 2,500-square-foot space across two floors. The lease was signed in early May, a spokesperson said.
