UPDATED, 3:40 p.m., June 9: Condominium development 260N9, located near McCarren Park at Williamsburg’s 260 North 9th Street, is gearing up to start sales next month.

The first new condominium units to come online in Williamsburg so far this year, the seven-story, 20-unit property features interiors designed by Tatyana Gartner of Tatyana Design and architecture by Z Architecture’s Alexander Zhitnik, according to a release from aptsandlofts.

The property, developed by a partnership of investors an aptsandlofts spokesperson identified only as N 9th LLC, will offer up a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The apartments range from 680 square feet to over 1,400 square feet. Features include oak hardwood floors, oversized windows and a private balcony or outdoor space in each unit, as well as exposed steel columns and beams. Building amenities include a common roof deck, state-of-the-art gym and individual parking spaces that will be available for sale.

A spokesperson for aptsandlofts would not specify pricing for the condominium units, but told TRD that parking spaces will go for $90,000 apiece. — Julie Strickland
