Academy Award-winning actress Anne Hathaway is selling her Dumbo two-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom loft for $4.25 million.

Hathaway’s apartment is located at 1 Main Street in Brooklyn, the site of the Dumbo’s Clocktower Building. Hathaway first put the loft on the market in September. She then took the unit off the market in December. Now, it looks like she’s again trying to sell it.

Steven Gold and Chris Whelan from Town Residential are the agents on the listing.

Hathaway’s 2,592-square-foot apartment was redesigned by David Howell & Company, who converted the original three-bedroom into a two-bedroom with a home office. The master suite has a walk-in closet, two additional closets and a vanity nook.

The Clocktower overlooks the East River and the Manhattan skyline. The building has a gym and a roof deck. [6sqft]  – Claire Moses
