Residents of Trump World Tower are looking to oust SL Green head Stephen Green, who sued the condominium following a slip and fall last October.

The real estate honcho tumbled on wet marble outside the gym at 845 United Nations Plaza. He blamed the fall on a cleaning lady failing to put up a caution sign after mopping, according to court papers cited by the New York Post. As a result, Green was “both physically and mentally” injured, according to his suit filed in Manhattan Civil Court.

Neighbors and board members aren’t amused, and are reportedly angered that Green allegedly never attempted to settle the matter out of court.

“For a man of his supposed financial means to bring a frivolous action against his own building and neighbors for his own clumsiness is both petty and stupid,” attorney and board treasurer Michael Cohen told the Post.

Trump World Tower board president George Sorial, who along with Cohen called the suit bogus, added that Green “should just move out of the building, because no one likes him anyway.”

An attorney and a spokesperson for Green both declined to comment to the Post. [NYP]Julie Strickland
