432 Park Avenue

At 1,398 feet, 432 Park Avenue will be tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. Now, more than halfway done, the 125-unit CIM/Macklowe-developed project officially has six apartments on the market. (A much greater number of units have been available for sale since the project launched, but they haven’t typically been listed on StreetEasy and other listings portals.) The available units at press time ranged from a 3,575-square-foot two-bedroom, asking $16.95 million, to an 8,255-square-foot penthouse that takes up the entire 94th floor and costs $82.5 million. The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed building has private dining, golf training facilities and a screening room. Apartments feature 12.5-foot ceilings, solid-oak flooring, Miele appliances, Dornbracht fixtures and marble countertops. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing was recently brought onboard to assist with sales and marketing. Contact www.432parkavenue.com or 212-432-5657.
