A local New York landscape architect has filed a lawsuit against Domenico Dolce of the Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana for allegedly failing to pay for recent work on a newly installed garden at his Sky Garage penthouse.

According to the suit, Dolce has paid only half of what he owes for the work, leaving north of $75,000 in unpaid bills. Green Roofs, which specializes in environmentally friendly landscaped roof decks and terraces, fashioned the space on the designer’s apartment at 200 Eleventh Avenue.
