Metro Loft’s 443 Greenwich to house $53M penthouse

53-unit development to include mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units

Metro Loft Management’s book bindery-turned-condos at 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca will be crowned with a $53 million penthouse.

Sales at the project, which will consist of 45 loft-style units and eight penthouses, are slated to kick off in September, Curbed reported. Two-bedroom apartments, which will range from 2,400 square feet to 3,000 square feet, will be priced between $7 million and $8 million, while three-bedrooms between 2,600 square feet and 4,600 square feet will cost between $7.5 million and $12.95 million. Four-bedrooms, ranging from 3,600 to 4,250 square feet, will go for between $10.5 million and $14.3 million, while the three- to five-bedroom penthouses will start at $15 million for a 3,400-square-foot spread and go up to $53 million for an 8,900 square feet.
