For the last nearly 15 years, Williams Sonoma and the Pottery Barn have occupied the 32,000-square-foot triplex 127 at E. 59th Street between Lexington and Park avenues. Jeffrey Roseman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail has the listing.

The asking rent is $400 per square foot for the ground floor, which is half of what rents are on the rest of Lexington Avenue. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
