Mike Wallace’s 730 Park co-op sells for $13M
Four-bedroom pad hit the market for $20M after death of "60 Minutes" star in 2012
Late CBS news anchor Mike Wallace’s long-time home at 730 Park Avenue sold to an undisclosed buyer after almost two years on the market.
The duplex co-op was initially listed in 2012 – after Wallace’s death — for $20 million and has now closed for $13 million. The four-bedroom unit features a wood-burning fireplace, a library and a 33-foot living room.
Brown Harris Stevens brokers John Burger and Fritzi Kallop had the listing for the units, 15 and 16A. [6sqft] — Mark Maurer
