Bed Bath & Beyond is opening a store in Harlem.

The home-accesories store has inked a lease for 30,000 square  feet at the 130,000-square-foot project at 5 West 125th Street, which will also include 30 residential units. WeWork, which recently inked a lease at Jared Kushner’s Dumbo Heights office complex, will take the third floor of the building.

Bed Bath & Beyond is taking the second floor, which has an entrance through the main lobby on West 125th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenues. The 21,000-square-foot ground floor space in the building is still available.

Asking rents were $50 per square foot. Aurora Capital Associates and the Adjmi family bought the site from RCG Longview in December. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
