Another trio of residential buildings is coming to the highly successful Sky View Parc in Flushing.

Muss Development, a joint-venture partner with Onex Real Estate Partners, will put out an offering for development rights for Sky View Parc’s second trio of towers, according to the New York Post. The first phase was completed last year.

Muss hired Massey Knakal to sell the development rights.

The three additional towers will total 650,000 square feet. The new buildings are supposed to be built atop Sky View Parc’s 800,000 square feet of retail space. Among others, Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, Target and Best Buy are leasing space there.

Ground was broken on Sky View Parc in 2005. With a total of 3.3 million square feet across six towers and retail space, Sky View Parc has been one of Queens’ most-watched mixed-use developments. The complex was the top-selling building in New York City in 2013.  [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
