Stanley Lindenfeld and Henry Goldfarb of Lee & Associates represented the landlords Bernard and Lara Friedman, while a team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant, the New York Observer reported. The NGKF team includes Marc Frankel, Ben Birnbaum and Jeff Roseman.

Late last year, Blink unveiled plans to open between five and 10 locations — or more — in Manhattan over the next two years, as previously reported. [NYO]Mark Maurer
