The Real Deal New York

Images of the Adeline’s remaining units revealed

The building is currently over 80 percent sold

New images from the Adeline at 23 West 116th Street in Harlem have been released ahead of the launch of the building’s pricier units.

Sales launched in the L+M-developed building in January, since then over 80 percent have sold, according to Curbed. Current asking prices range from $830,000 for a 747-square-foot one-bedroom and $2.75 million for a 1,847-square-foot four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

The 12-story building is named for Adeline Waller, the mother of the jazz musician Fats Waller, and the wife of Edward Martin Waller, a prominent Harlem minister during the early 20th century.

  • Don’t understand how they are getting these prices- Who would want to live in a place like this .. Totally out of character for the neighborhood. Throwing away good money
