Toll Brothers released a full website for its new Upper East Side residential property at 1110 Park Avenue, complete with a new batch of renderings and unit floor plans.
The building will offer nine condominium residences, ranging from three- to five-bedrooms and measuring roughly 2,850 square feet to 7,000 square feet, according to BuzzBuzzHome. The units will have full-floor, duplex and triplex layouts, and each will have elevator access, high ceilings, oak flooring, mahogany paneling and ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom.
Pricing will range from approximately $10 million to over $35 million, according to previous reports.
Toll Brothers acquired two townhouses at 1108 and 1110 Park Avenue in 2012 for $29.5 million, and demolished those structures to erect the new development. [BuzzBuzzHome] — Julie Strickland
