432 Park is scheduled to top out this week, making it officially the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere — for now anyway.

The final few feet of the 1,397-foot-tall development by Macklowe Properties and Los Angeles-based CIM Group will be added Tuesday, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
