Developer Joel Schreiber’s Waterbridge Capital acquired a three-story Upper West Side commercial building for $25.9 million, according to property records filed with the city today.

The 9,900-square-foot property at 2307 Broadway, between West 83rd and 84th streets, is home to a Duane Reade store on the ground floor. There are offices on the upper floors.

The building offers 39,500 buildable square feet. Barbara Weiser, daughter of the late Charivari fashion boutique founder Selma Weiser, was the seller.

Doug Kleiman and Lee Spiegelman of Ripco Real Estate represented Weiser in the deal. Selma bought the building in 1985, records show.
